Our Signature Newborn Session captures your baby’s first days of life in a creative and unique way. There is nothing more beautiful than newborn photography, and we know the importance of preserving your family’s most precious moments. We are proud to provide an unforgettable experience and create stunning artwork that celebrate you and the beautiful life you created.
OUR STYLE
Our newborn photography style is elegant, classic, timeless with a touch of modern. As a newborn photographer, Leslie loves to connect with her clients to create something that is meaning to them.
SCHEDULING
We recommend capturing newborn portraits in the first 5-16 days when your baby is very sleepy and flexible. This is the best time to capture those precious curled-up poses. If you are sure you want specific poses, please ask about those during your consultation. As Leslie's schedule fills up months in advance, it is best to contact us as soon as possible to ensure availability.
CONSULTATION
All newborn sessions are tailored specifically to you and your baby, and include a consultation session with me, Leslie. I will discuss posing, lighting, wardrobe, and style. We will work closely with you to learn from your ideas and expectations to make sure that you will have a relaxed newborn session. Once your session is booked, I will send you a Newborn Guide with plenty of tips on how to prepare for your baby’s first photo session including address, how to get to my studio, and many tips to have a smooth session.
YOUR NEWBORN SESSION
We love posing newborns in buckets, baskets, little beds, and more so you’ll always remember just how tiny they were at this exact moment years from now. All of our newborn sessions are done in my in-home studio in Marlborough Park NE, Calgary. All props are included and immediate family is welcome to participate in family images.
RETOUCHING
Professional photo retouching is included in your session. We specialize in the most comprehensive and detailed editing, while we focus on creating a natural look, we will edit your photos to your liking.
DISPLAYING YOUR ART
Our studio offers high quality fine art prints, stunning albums, gorgeous gallery wraps and elegant framed wall collections for a spectacular presentation of your most beautiful memories.
PRICING
The reservation fee for your newborn session is $250 and is collected at the time you reserve your session. The booking fee includes:
- A pre-session consultation to plan and design your customized session
- A two hour in-studio session
- A reveal and ordering session where your photographer will assist you in designing artwork specific to your unique style.

Prints and digital files are purchased separately. Minimum investments range from 1k to 3k
